Any possible way to recover stolen Garmin Edge?

Someone stole my Garmin Edge 500 bike computer.

I was wondering if it's possible to track it (via the serial number), through means like using Garmin Connect to see if anyone is using it?

That's awful. I'm so sorry to hear that Will. That really sucks. Here's what I found on Garmin:

Yep, saw all that and sent them an email as well. I was just seeing if anyone here had had a successful outcome recovering a stolen Garmin Edge device that was reconnected to Garmin Connect.

You might check over on the General Discussion forum at forums.thepaceline.net. It's a much bigger community than our little local one, and has lots of people with all sorts of technical expertise. If it's possible to track yours, I suspect someone there would know.
