This week Vote With Your Feet talks to Active Trans board president Jane Healy
about why the organization chose Ron Burke, formerly of the Union of Concerned
Scientists, for its new executive director.

Also, a lawsuit claims that Matthew Pritzker, an heir to the Hyatt Hotels fortune,
intentionally struck a bicyclist and then fled the scene. The suit also alleges that
police helped cover-up the hit-and-run.
