39th Ward Participatory Budgeting - Bryn Mawr Bike Lanes

I wanted to share an article about a proposed project within the 39th Ward Participatory Budgeting, the Bryn Mawr Bike Lanes - voting opens January 31 and ends February 11.  

Here's the story about Bryn Mawr that would connect the Sauganash Trail / Valley Line Trail to the North Shore Channel Trail:

On the west end of this proposal, in addition to the Saugaash trail, it's a mear 2,000-foot path to the new North Branch Trail. 

This short path is unpaved gravel and blocked by a jersey barrier wall maintained by Union Pacific.

Unfortunately, this didn't pass the 39th Ward Participatory Budgeting process.
