In addition to being very productive at work [hi boss], I have a handful of sites I go to everyday - like my version of a smoke break, a.d.d. break, etc. I'm pretty sure everyone I know has their go-to sites like that. Whether it's through my Google Reader or by actually visiting them, here are the sites I visit just about every day:

thechainlink.org (duh)
thechainlink.org biking blogs - all my go-to biking blogs in one place
uptownupdate.com - news for my neighborhood
nytimes.com
popgadget.net - for my techy side
craigslist bike classifieds
apartmenttherapy.com - fun design stuff for my house
google news
chicagoist
rumplo
- t-shirts from all over
why me? blog - cool design-y stuff
cool hunting - from the site: "ideas and products in the intersection of art, design, culture and technology"... but mainly just cool stuff
josh spear - same thing

Your turn: what are your go-to sites?

Used to go here every day:

...but found it too encouraging to my compulsive bourgie online spending habit, so I went cold turkey.

These days, I'm a Facebook junkie, sad to say.
This has been my go-to site all day:

www.nola.com
www.yahoo.com for email
www.myspace.com
www.modelmayhem.com for my modeling gigs
Bike listings on Craiglist
The Chainlink!
nola.com! Wowee. I'm truly glad you enjoy my city! :-)

Was it from the House of Blues? I saw him there once and drunkenly attempted to sneak backstage. I was subsequently shut down by annoyed security. I told him there was something in my eye and I needed light to look at my contact lens.
Right on. I moved here May of '05.
