Your dream job?

There's been a thread about each of our real jobs, but forget the real jobs... what about your dream job?? If salary, education, training, etc. weren't a consideration, what would you do?

I have two:
1) I would study languages all the time, it would be my full time job. Not to be a translator, but rather to understand how languages work and grow and change.
2) I would be a professional cyclist! Duh. :)

... or either to run some sort of cycling themed/cycling friendly restaurant/bar or to get paid to test out bikes, components, and cycling gear OR to be on a FoodNetwork or Travel Channel show where I get paid to travel and eat.

I'm not sure what my dream job would be in the long term as I'm not really sure what I want to be when I "grow up."

In the immediate future, I'd love to make do as a professional balloon twister, freelance writer and bike tour guide. If anyone knows of any restaurants who are looking to bring in more families, let me know! I'd love to get a weekly family night going somewhere.

I think I already have it, rebuilding bikes and taking care of my three year old baby girl. 15 year in the rat race was enough for me.
