It's always a challenge to scramble at the last minute to see the races from the U.S. They've finally provided a viewing guide as well as a way to stream some of the races online (and not have to pretend you live in Belgium).

Cycling.TV also offers recaps and replays of some races, such as the Tour de France, $80 for an annual subscription, $30 for a quarterly subscription.
