Description

I am starting a new regular training ride open to all. The ride will leave from the Lakeshore Trail at the tunnel to 55th Street in Hyde Park. The goal of the ride is the traditional Saturday 'chain gang', i.e. a couple hours of endurance pace to build aerobic base for the coming season. Everyone is welcome, but you should have a moderate level of fitness or be prepared to suffer.
