Chicago Area Mountain Bikers, Inc. www.cambr.org is holding our 4th annual Palos Meltdown Cross Country Mountain Bike Race on Sunday, August 22nd, 2010. First race goes off at 9:00am. This year's Meltdown will be held in Willow Springs, Illinois, at Pulaski Woods in the Palos Forest Preserve of Cook County, on top of the Grass Hill.

Check our website, for info on:

· Meltdown as part of the Illinois Homegrown Race Series;

· USAC sanctioning

· On-site food.

· Our first time Kid's race for 12 and under.

CAMBr membership fees, and your race registration fees, support CAMBr's mission to improve trails for all off-road biking in Chicagoland.

CAMBr welcomes volunteers to assist with race tasks, including race promotion, sponsorships, race course trail work, food booths, marking the race course, race day registration. We especially need volunteers in the 2-3 weeks leading up to the race, and particularly on race day.

Online Registration for CAMBr members begins June 1st. This would make a good time to join CAMBr and support mtb'ing in the Chicago Area.
