Description

Join 20,000 of your bicycling friends on Chicago’s celebrated Lake Shore Drive for MB Financial Bank Bike the Drive, one of the most popular bike rides in the nation and the one day that the iconic lakefront roadway is closed to auto traffic.

Enjoy sunrise views of the Chicago skyline with the sounds of birds, bike chains and the waves of Lake Michigan as you bike along Lake Shore Drive with no cars in sight.

Bike as little or as long as you like during nearly five hour long event. People of all ages and cycling abilities are encouraged to come out and enjoy the ride.

Early registrants receive an event T-shirt. Be sure to take advantage of three rest stops along the way and the post-ride festival with food and live music!

The event benefits Active Transportation Alliance’s work to improve biking, walking and transit.
