hey, im still undecided about making the ride due to uncertainty with my daughters soccer tournament, ill know for sure by the end of the weekend. would that be too long?

Tent Count:
Brett - 2 person tent
Amy - 2 person tent
Shar - 6 plus
Brandon - 2 Person
Josh - 2 person

Total - Enough tents to fit 14 people
If our count is accurate, this should be plenty...

brandon,
we are meeting at buckinham fountain and erick and I just live right around the corner from you at kimball,milwaukee,diversey. so if you want just meet us at our place at 7 then we'll ride up to the fountain to meet anyone else... want to be on the path by 8.
we did score a 6+ man tent from one of our friends and we're asking another friend for theirs as well... hopefully they'll lend it. we want to minimize 2 man tents on the sites....so everyone is about to get cozy with one another :)

I'll for sure be at critical mass!! See ya there DRay, look forward to riding with you to Dunes...We won't be going super fast, it will be a relaxed ride. Good to have you and lady on board!

Shar! Thank you for being an excellent secretary! We'll get you a little type writer for the next time. ANYONE WHO HAS NOT RSVP'd DO IT NOW...please! We have 3 sites right now, and are trying to figure the tent situation. If we end up with more people attending, it's not our fault if you do not have a place to sleep. You will end up having to sleep on the beach cuddled up with Joe.

Okay...so the meeting records :)
We have a count of people going. If you have not rsvped yes or no, please do so on the event page. We need a final list.
*Peeps going on Friday:
Brett, Anne, Lindsay, and Joe
*Peeps going on Saturday:
Erick(iggi), Shar, Brandon, Jim, Juan......
Driving on Saturday:
Jami and Rachel
*Jami will be driving over on Saturday evening and his taking camping supplies for anyone who does not want to tote them on their backs.
If you want Jami to haul your stuff for you please contact her @ jami@balloonbiker.com b4 that Friday June 5th and make accomodations to get your stuff to her.

*We have 3 campsites reserved and paid for. $150 put out so far. Sites 44,46 and 139. We have 2-3 two man tents and a couple hammocks... Erick and myself are looking into borrowing 4-6 man tents from some friends of ours... just so we don't have to rent from REI.
However, Lindsay is still looking into that route as well.

*Anne and Brett have offered to grab some liquor and juices/soda and a couple snacks when down there on Saturday while the rest of us are riding up to the park.
*It is a non-alcoholic state park so use your discretion and feel free to bring what you want in your back packs during the ride.
*As for food... we'll figure it out when we get to the campsite.. but there will be a couple snacks when the second group arrives. We'll get fire wood at the state park. On Saturday night we'll add up all the costs and divey it up between anyone who is there.

*Anyone else that wants to leave on Friday as well please let Lindsay, Brett, Anne or Joe know.

*On Sunday... if anyone does not want to ride all the way back to the city.. you can go to Flossmore to catch a train back.

Good seeing most of you last night. This trip looks like it is shaping up nicely! Look forward to seeing any of you in the next week or so at various rides.
