Description

It's our Annual Holiday Ride!!! If you are new to this annual tradition, here's how to participate:

Step 1: Decorate your bike! See previous December rides for some great photos. Lights, tinsel, portable speakers blasting Christmas songs, etc. Suggestion for over-achievers: would like to see someone affix a deer head to the front of their bike with a light-up red nose.

Step 2: Meet at the Chrstkindlmarket on Daley Plaza at 6pm. Get yourself some potato pancackes and some Gluhwein in a little ceramic boot.

Step 3: We'll ride at 7pm (?) to the Four Moons Tavern in Roscoe Village for some food and drink. Exact route TBD.

"Don't forget to decorate your bike for the ride on 12/17. I've found plenty of tacky holiday things at dollar stores and thrift stores. You can sometimes find strings of battery operated LED lights at Target, Home Depot and JoAnn. If anyone else has tips for getting your Christmas bike decor on, post on the comments. Can't wait to see you all."
