Description

The new Consulate General of Israel, Roey Gilad is a big bike advocate.

He wants to bike escort Tom and crew out of Chicago.

Join us at Anshe Emet on Thursday morning at 7 AM for a free breakfast. at 7:30 we'll bike the lake shore path to downtown.  We wish them the best of luck as they continue to bike for the fight!

Tom Peled is a 24 year old Israeli who recently lost his father to an eight year battle with stomach cancer. Tom decided to channel his grief into raising money and awareness for cancer research. Starting this past August, Tom will be riding 3,000 miles across the US from Los Angeles to New York. All the funds raised will go directly to the Israel Cancer Research Fund for scientists working to find cures to cancer. Learn more about his story by following his travel blog.
