CF Cycle for Life is the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation's premier cycling event. Our one day fully supported ride takes our riders through the scenic byways of western Illinois. At CF Cycle for Life you can enjoy a light breakfast, fully stocked rest stops every 10 - 14 miles, SAG vehicles, motorcycle safety crews and a fully catered lunch and beer garden.
