These are about 8 years old, in good shape but showing a little wear.  There's an extra wheel strap in the front on each one, because for some reason Thule only ships a rear strap even though it rides 100 times more stable with two straps.  Both are keyed to the same key, includes one key and 2 cylinders.

Good for 20 inch kids bikes up to full sized road bikes.  Doesn't touch the frame, only the top of the front tire and the bottom of each wheel.  Should mount on any vehicle with rooftop cross bars.  Does not include cross bars.
