We observed from our window the arrest of a cyclist by bicycle police on May 31. The bicycle was left by the police on its side in our alley and the owner was arrested. We posted a large sign on the telephone pole where the bicycle was left with information on how to contact us, and put the bicycle in our garage so it would not be stolen. The owner did not return. We just recently were informed about thechainlink.org.
