Join your friends at The Recyclery for a deep-dive into the science of bike wheels with Bill Mould, expert wheelbuilder, Yale-trained scientist, author, and educator.
How does a bicycle wheel support 300 times its own weight? What makes the perfect wheel?
Bill Mould is an expert designer and builder of custom bicycle wheels. He has built over 5,000 wheels of every possible design, and he uses his knowledge of physics and engineering to publish articles and animated videos about bicycle wheels. As a Yale-trained scientist, Bill is a frequent and popular speaker at bicycle symposiums and conventions. His passion is teaching how to build the perfect wheel.
