About me:

I am the Co-Owner of INTENT Coaching & Training. We are a company dedicated to coaching people in the sports and activities that they love. We also help people prepare for racing and competition - we have 3 race teams: the INTENT Elite Race Team (a team comprised of dedicated athletes who race triathlon, cycling, run and duathlon events for INTENT.) , the INTENT Cycling Race Team (a team of people who love to race bikes, we race all disciplines of bike racing) and Team INTENT (our general race community filled with people who like to train and race together)

My first bike:

A used Felt Road Bike - not even sure what it was. I bought it from someone - it was too small and very heavy. I stuck some aero bars on it and did my first ironman on that bike!
