I was planning on going by, but then one of my cats happened to jump/fall off my balcony (about 12ft) and injure his leg. I ended up taking him to the Vet ER to get some x-rays to make sure that he didn't break anything and that took most of the night so I just went home and to bed after since surgery rotation makes me get up at 4am pretty much every day. hope it was fun...i'll try to make the next one barring any unforseen accidents..Peace
Yeah, exactly, I was going to say that your ratios imply that you play bike polo. Bike polo is so fun though; I haven't had the guts to go play with the Chicago kids yet though - I hear they're very good, and I've only ever done it twice, and I am TERRIBLE at it.
What neighborhoods do you normally ride around in and/or do your tricks at?
I'm not really big on tricks right now, but that's because I'm a wimp/scaredy cat. But I think I'd be a moron not to at least try tricks once the bruiser is done. I even have hold fasts on the thing!
I actually wanted the MKE Cream City frame, but then decided to save some money (hah in the end I didn't save all that much), and built up a Bruiser - I asked my one friend who is really into bike tricks and bike polo if it'd be silly of me to use a Bruiser as mostly a commuter bike, and he didn't seem too offended/opposed to it, and then I ended up falling in love with the Bruiser. :-) I am having a small problem with the rear dropouts on the frame though.
So yeah, if you (and your friends) are interested in riding/teaching me tricks, I'm game! :-)
Yeah, people sometimes forget that human beings have different interests. They forget that not everyone is into racing - so they can't understand different shaped frames, because "wouldn't that make for unnecessary weight? What next? NOT wearing spandex?! Oh my gosh, unnecessary weight!" Haha Not even sure if that makes any sense. But yeah. I thin your bikes are pretty. I'm excited to see the new pictures of them! :-)
