I was on the tour, and it was a wonderful tour.  The most dangerous part of the tour was some of the bike swallowing holes that still exist on our city streets.

Lee spends a great deal of time researching and riding the routes in advance.  I have been on several of Lee's tours and have learned a great deal about the history and architecture of this great city.  I have been to places I would otherwise have no reason to visit.  Join us on one of Lee's tours. You will be glad you did!

I'm sorry I missed it. I hope to make a future tour.

We weren't selling homes.  It was an architectural tour.  We go all over the city and do different community areas all the time.  I love both of those areas personally and lived in Belmont-Central for about 5 years.  Thought it was wonderful.

Having said that, I have sold several homes in those areas and as with all areas, there are good homes and bad.  A good agent would make sure their clients are seeing past paint jobs though.

I hope you can join us on a tour Eddie.

Cheers - Lee

It was a lovely ride.  I think your impressions of these areas aren't accurate at all.  I bike through both areas all the time and enjoy it thoroughly.
