It's the Nashbar $29 bag.  I don't know how much longer it will be at that sale price.

I wrote a review for it on Amazon.   It seems that after someone writes a glowing review for something on amazon the price goes up...

The rack is the <$8 Sunlite cheapie.  It's light and well-made.   It's not super-strong but you don't want to put a lot of weight on the front wheel anyhow or it'll effect handling adversely.
