Brett,
Thx for the props on the kitchen. You are correct on marital status, but the bikes only make occasional forays upstairs - they too live in the bsmt. This photo was taken on a trip to the kitchen for fresh rubber & fenders for commuter duty. Note wino on counter to heal Continental-bead-induced thumb bruises.

I recommend a clean drivetrain & White Lightning - grease is not housebroken.

Also key, my fantastic wife is a cyclist. My honey rides a Merckx - NOW THAT'S LUCKY!

Must be the bike - I've got the exact same one (minus the frame pump and rack) and my wife lets me keep all my toys in the house.

Judging from the appliances, cabinet and countertop, you have a really nice house/condo. And judging by the fact that the kitchen is clean as well as nicely appointed, you are not single. So it begs the question: how the hell did you manage to shoot this pic without your spouse killing you? You are my HERO! My bikes are relegated to the basement...and I'm still made to feel lucky they get to come indoors.
