I got the flag at American Science & Surplus store on Milwaukee years ago.  The base of the flag can be mounted to anything but I'm not sure if they carry them anymore.  Someone one ripped mine off since this photo was taken but it was fun while it lasted :)  Here is the store info: http://www.sciplus.com/storeDetail.cfm?store=1
