Modolo QRace stem, Ritchey bars. The modern cable stop does not flex, like the stock Mafac. Brakes are set up Euro-style. Design of the Nervex Professional lugs, along with the Peugeot decals date this PX10 closest to 1971. The serial number is of no help, because of bad practices at the factory(s).
