Just noticed it today in 600 W. Chicago. Accessible by the public. It's got headlights, tubes, cable locks, patch kits, sunscreen and a bunch of other stuff!

This is a really neat (and useful) idea. Hopefully more of these show up in areas without bike shops nearby.
