weight weenieing on the cheap.. 200? fuji team sl. not the absolute lightest thing out there, but it's no pig either at 18 pounds, undercutting many singlespeeds. 1x10 55T + 11-25 cassette.. and my first self-built wheel (novatec 24-hole front hub, shimano bladed spokes and R500 rim, black chrome alloy nipples)
