Eh, significantly better than the rest of the bike, I think because it's never against a pole or a lock.... I was too impatient and I think trying to paint and seal it when it was already subfreezing was a poor decision. Chip city. Spring will bring a re-do, but in the meantime I have a very similar color of nail polish...
A big motivation for the untimely paint job was that it would entail taking every single component off the frame and thus learning a whole lot about The Bicycle in the process. Mission(s) accomplished.
