Few rides in Chicago have a Bouldering option. This one does!!

Bring your shoes and chalk!

Ride from the Beaver Damn located near Col. Meacham's historic duck blind turned beaver hut. Cycle to the boulder.

Start the traverse route to the left of the trade route, then go low for the roof wrestle, out from under onto only the steep face to round the corner arete' past the steep face, returning to start.

The slab summit trade route has been done by four-year-olds and also my mom. She's probably like 80.

Of course the trade route has also been done "no hands".

There is also good cycling about.

The nearby Circle/Maple ave road variation and also has one of DuPage's best, steepest hills. One of the most satisfying stop signs I have never ran. A toddle from Roselle Metra and Lynfreds Winery.
