Ugh. When I call 311 one of the reasons I choose to be anonymous is so I don't get those letters.  Otherwise you'll get one for every single call. Ridiculous waste of my tax money just to give me a "feelgood" moment about the Alderman.

Really, city staffers should get off their assess and fix significant potholes before residents start having to take the time to clamor for them.
