Ken Gray found a cart for me. It wasn't a "Burley" but the same frame. My husband then built and bolted the frame adding the eye hooks to hold the bungees! Kept a watermelon from rolling around but haven't loaded the cooler on it yet. Thought we'd make them for sale.

It's clearly a Burley frame with a custom built box.
