I don't think I'm going to be able do it this year, but it's definitely on my radar for next!

Here is a link the first major leg that David and I rode yesterday: To Argus via S. Lake Shore Dr., the new trail just on the other side of the IN border and through downtown Hegewisch. Lots of new stuff to see along the way.

I might be able to do some mop-up pre-ride next Saturday OR Sunday the 13th or 14th.

Daniel--it's pretty close, but not very precise. The final route is still pending this weekend's pre-ride. (I ride down from Rogers Park and then back, so I always clear 100 easily) If you can do 60 in a day, you'll be more than fine!

Is this exactly a century or is it somewhat less or more? If we start at 9:00 we expect to finish by midnight?

I haven't done a century yet but did just complete a 60 mile rt Wheaton to the lake and back. I hope I'm ready for this!

Quites so, Lisa--there are dozens of Metra and CTA bailout points along the route should you chose. This was my first Centruy ride years ago and in the back of my mind was "I'll go to the next stop and decide if I can keep going." and before I knew it, we were done!

Vic--The Billy Goat is pretty great, but wait until you meet the Midnight Marauders! I plan on following them out for at least the first part of their ride.
