That's great news to me (and my B). Justyna, thanks for posting about Cosmic Bikes, and organizing the ride. What's better than a Brompton ride, a local bike shop and local beer???

Hi there,

I wanted to let you know that some of us from Rapid Transit have opened a new shop -- Cosmic Bikes at 4641 N. Milwaukee in Chicago (between Lawrence & Montrose). We may be Chicago's newest Brompton dealer, but we bring together a wealth of experience. Please help us spread the word to other Brompton owners. They've been my go-to shop for Brompton needs, and I will sincerely miss them.

On my ride from Winnetka to the Loop I would say I see at least one Brompton a week on the trail in Lincoln Park. It's unfortunate that I'm on the "big" bike due to the long ride, but I always give them a shout out and ask them how much they love their Brompton. I wish I could do the long ride on my Brompton, but I don't think it would be that comfortable and take much longer.
