I will add *complete* details when we have enough of them confirmed. This is currently a TENTATIVE date and location. We just got the venue today, and we've got ONE candidate confirmed so far.
I promise that I will update you when it's a firm date.
NOTE: The above information is NOT valid, as several groups have joined forces to organize a bigger forum.
A forum WILL be happening on Tuesday 2/1 at 7:30 p.m. (provided it's not snowed out) at a different location: Beverly Arts Center, 2407 W. 111th St.
It was snowed into a mess. Four of five candidates still on the ballot said they were not coming due to weather conditions. O'Shea (Rugai's heir apparent - Mr. Business As Usual) chose to go, as well as a sixth candidate who was bounced on a petition challenge - not running as a write-in.
Few constituents went. I did not go. Our street was already getting drifted in, and I was not thrilled about how much worse it would look on my return if I did go out. There's been a lot of discussion on the host organization BAPA's Facebook page and on my neighborhood blog, most of it condemning the decision to go ahead with the forum when most of the candidates and few constituents would be there.
IMO, it was worthless in light of how it happened, as constituents really needed to hear from all the candidates. The format was to be questions from the audience submitted to the moderator (from League of Women Voters).
There's another forum tonight at Smith Village (retirement community), but I don't know if all candidates have committed to attend.

Assuming it was snowed out?
I would be worried that your issues get beat down/drowned out in a larger forum with a broader platform. Most people who attend community meetings of any sort bitch about lack of automobile parking and people parking in "their" spot.
