We are the ones that bike to the yoga studio with our yoga mats slung over our backs. We put our helmets next to our mats while we practice yoga. Then we get back on our bikes.

You guys may already know about this free yoga class but thought I would post it just in case. Sunday Salutations at lululemon at 2104 N. Halsted from 10-11 am. They provide mats and you have to sign a waiver. A different yoga instructor every week from studios around town.

I think those winter bikers are insane! To that point, I watched my yoga instructor take a nasty spill on the ice WALKING TO HIS CAR! ouch

He was okay, limber wnough to take the hit, I guess.
