I spoke to Vince at the 25th ward about the horrible condition of the Wood street train underpass. One of the things he mentioned is that there is a standard in place that loose gravel is only supposed to be used temporarily (4-5 hours) to keep people from falling into a fresh hole. All kinds of work on almost all the local train underpasses planned for the next few months.

Bike to Work Pit Stops/Celebrations are @ Plaza Tenochtitlan (18th and Blue Island) Tuesday-Thursday this week from 6:30am to 9am.

Brief meeting notes from April 6:

We decided on two events to list in the first Go Pilsen brochure:

1) Pop-up bike stations in Pilsen (18th/Blue Island/Loomis) during Bike Week-- June 16,17,18,19

2) A "Geocaching Ride" or “Ciclovamos Bike Treasure Hunt” – Saturday, July 12, 7-9pm
