Amtrak to Alton, then north along the Mississippi mostly to Quincy, then Amtrak back home again. Solo, unsupported.

A great trip, left on Saturday morning, got back to Chicago on Monday late. Around 150 miles on pretty flat terrain. One night camping, one night motel.

That's awesome! This would have been a fun ride to do when I had a friend living in Quincy. Thanks for sharing.
