Looking for a Web developer hosting service

I am a member of a committee with an Evanston based church which is redeveloping our web site and interested in supporting fellow cyclists.  We are in the process of searching for a developer/designer/hosting firm to help ups with our site.   While we are still developing the specs for the project we are generally going to be looking for a site that features CMS (Joomla, Drupal) social networking/dynamic content (WordPress, Ning, for example).   Yes, we have a budget.  If you are someone who does this sort of work, or knows of someone, please send me a message through skokiesurly here on thechainlink.org.   If interested, I will forward more details.  Thank you.  Enjoy your ride!
