Apartment is huge and in a great location.  Right on the conner of Irving Park and Sheridan on the North Side of Chicago.  Building is bike friendly and bikes would be stored inside the apartment.  Plenty of space.  Each room is big and can easily fit a queen size bed with no problem.  

There is 1 bathroom in the apartment.  Apartment is located on the second floor.

Requirements for moving in would be 1st Month Rent, $520 for security deposit, refunded once lease is over, and $25 for lease application (everyone living in the apt has to be on the lease). 

About myself 

I am avid 22 year old male cyclist and I do a lot of city riding.  I have three bikes and I just love the culture of which is city bike riding.  Like to go out on the weekends to my local bar and drink some beers. Work every day 9-5. I am pretty relax down to earth guy.  Favorite Band is The Stokes, Favorite Movie is Taxi Driver, love my Bianchi.
