Raleigh Sports Bottom Bracket Repack

Need to repack the bottom bracket on both my Sports.  Can someone tell me the bearing size and how many bearings are needed (for one bike)?

1/4" and I believe 11 on each side.

Thanks Mike. The job is done! They were indeed 1/4" and I retreived 11 bearings from each side and replaced them with shiny new ones. The grease in the bottom bracket had dried up to sludge. Props to another MB for urging me to repack the bearings.
