World's Most Insecure Bike Rack

This must be just about the world's most insecure bike rack. Just lob it in the back of the pickup truck along with the bike(s). Then the bad guys can deal with those pesky locks in the privacy of their own junkyard.

I think that the second of the three bike parking placement rules should read "As close to the front entrance as is practical" -not possible.  

If it were literally the latter it would be actually blocking the doorway, and that is not practicable.
