When you could be on a treadmill bike!

I clicked out of curiosity...then thought about how many people might actually buy this so that they wouldn't "walk" places. Treadmill bike made me smile today.

Another post on their site shows that the Los Angeles Department of City Planning is using the Treadmill bike on a graphic representation of the new mobile hubs they designed.

I couldn't find if they actually sell the treadmill bike, but they do sell some software called  BikeCAD that looks pretty cool.

So the link to the "Sweet Jumps" on their page is broken. I looked through their code and found where it should be.

I'd MUCH rather have one of these.

That one is like a compact version of the Street flyer...http://www.streetflyer.info/

The Urban Arrow appealed to me...It's got a interchangeable front end to it. You can take off that front cargo hold to put on the small rack, and it's electric assisted for when you have a full cargo load and want a little help. What a great design.

On a similar note, what do you think of elliptical bikes like this one? I think they must rent them somewhere close to the LFT because I've seen a lot of people on them this summer and they seem to be having fun. Kind of cool, I guess.

I would try it out...but it just doesn't seem like the ride I would ride.

That's pretty much my goal in life.
