Tell your caps lock key...

will do

Good Luck with the ride. You should also check out some of the existing Chicago rides listed on the chainlink and/or Bike Winter calendars. Parks, bridges, garages, tunnels, quarries, warehouses, fire pits, back alleys, water falls, scrap yards, train tracks, shanty towns, and abandoned buildings have all been visited. (no indian mounds or grain elevators to my knowledge, but cemeteries are visited on a seasonal basis).

Hope you don't mind, but I loved the enthusiasm so much that I posted about the MNR at Great Lakes Adventure Project.  Check it out and keep me posted on the rides.

Tommy!

We really appreciate The Blog Mention!!!! This is a new ride, so it's going to take awhile to spread the word.

We need as much help as possible getting the word out!

Looking forward to checking out other rides in Chicago Land as well.

Really Curious to see the turn-out Tomorrow night.

This is just a Preview Meet & Greet Recruitment Effort before The ride begins Weekly

sometime MARCH or APRIL.

Fun adventure planned for Tomorrows event.

Hey KC, here's wondering if TH and MNR aren't one and the same or at least closely connected ;)

I thought the same thing-but I still wish them/him well.

MNR

It's also winter time & cold.
The rides in the winter months here
Have smaller turn-out we know that.

We want to run a preliminary ride in
The winter (tonight) to start spreading the
Word before the ride begins full time this
Spring.
This is also a recruitment drive to build
Our MNR Chicago street team.
Also collecting feedback from riders who
Show up about how they feel about the
Concept so far in its early stages.

Here is some early feedback. A weekday night starting at 10 pm? I get a feeling that you are aiming for a certain audience and that I, as a regular working stiff, am not part of that audience.

Yeah it's really interesting trying to
Get a certain demographic out to the
Rides just because its late on a week
Night & people have work the next day.

We are hoping to pull people out
From all walks of life each week.
All are welcome.

The main idea of this whole thing
Is to create a community to
Get more people into cycling!

Winds are crazy today however we are
Still expecting a decent turn-out
From our small Internet campaign.
