It is bike related, but these seem more like questions than reason why you should wear a helmet.
BTW the online version couldn't locate issue # 156. Maybe I'll CHECK back later.

I think he is making a reference to the fact that nobody knows what the weather will be like until Sunday, well, Sunday.
