The Chainlink

Here's the story:

I'm a grad student, in the process of designing a survey to get information on people's attitudes towards privacy in location-based services and Intelligent Transportation Systems. As part of the survey, I need to set up a website to describe a product that will provide a case study for some of the survey questions. It will be a fairly basic site - one page, and accessible only to persons taking the survey. I think we'll be able to host it on our server, but here's the problem:

I have the site design skills of a moderately to extremely slow lemur. I've tried some of the free website design sites, but am having little-to-no success, and I don't have the time right now to focus on this portion of the research to the extent I'd need to create a viable site. (I.e., I'd like to graduate at some point...)

So I'm asking for help. Does anyone know of any reliable and reasonably-priced (again - grad student) places that could set up a basic site? Or would anybody be interested in taking on the task? (I will, of course, pay.) I'd like to get it done fairly quickly, and I've got the information that would need to be included all set. I just need, 1) Help with setting up the site, 2) Some help with the graphics/visuals, and 3) Some information on how I could make minor adjustments and edits if needed.

Any input would be great. If you've had experience in this area, or might be interested in taking part, please let me know. Cheers!

I actually do know a guy who would charge a very reasonable price.

Would you like for me to PM you his information. I can give him a heads up as well.
That would be great! Thanks so much.

If it is just a one page and not a real product, make a jpg instead of a real page and include that jpg in the survey either in the top or the bottom. I think google forms allows you to insert custom graphics.
