I wasn't sure about fixies but when I tried one out I noticed the control that you had on the bike. It was like an extention of my body. Now about the breakless thing: I have heard that if a cyclist gets into an accident with a car and that bike doesn't have breaks, the cyclist is at fault. Thats enough reason for me to have breaks
