Volunteers Needed for Pitchfork at The Chicago Reader Biker Village

The reader asked me to post this below.

We will have Chainlink stuff to hand out and a banner there as well so you can talk up Chainlink and cycling.

Volunteers receive a day ticket in exchange for a 5 hour shift, if they work 11 to 4 they can stay and listen to music for the remainder of the evening!

We're looking for people to help in the Biker Village Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. They are five hour shifts and the volunteers will get day passes to the festival, so there's plenty of time to catch bands! We only need a few more, but we'd prefer to have cycling advocates! Inquiries should be directed to gcook@chicagoreader.com

Here's info on the Village:
Chicago Reader is back with the Chicago Reader Biker Village at Pitchfork Music Festival, this year partnering with Chicago bike shop The Bike Lane. The Village, located at the southwest corner of the festival at Ashland and Warren, is 9,500 square feet with space for about 1,800 bikes (you park your ride). Other amenities include free air, chain lube, hand-washing stations, and drinking water. Inside the festival, the Reader will have a tent where they'll raffle a custom-made bike from the Bike Lane, as well as a messenger bag, tshirt, and shoes from Chrome!
