I have a very nice early 70's Italian frame. Quality build. Paint finish is rough but has a lot of character. Chrome headlugs, Campy dropouts, Campy headset and Bottom Bracket included.

Do you know the frame maker?  and is it 53 cm center of the bb to center of the top tube?
