Wow. Whoever designed and painted those walls, ceiling and floors kicks ass. Amazing looking transit stations.

Those stations are EFN sweet. I wonder how many people go there just to visit the transit lines.

Beautifull!

sorta reminds me (The concept) of Minneapolis' light rail stations
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hiawatha_Line

each station was very different and various things to keep your interest as you waited for the next train to come. the one i remember was at Lake st...at the benches, there was a turn-wheel which pulled a chain which pulled another thing which set off winshield wipers which turned on the individual small LCD screens and played movies created by locals and displayed local color, tales of the cold, Minnie life in general, funny skits, etc.

Those are beautiful. However I can't help imagining a scenario where you don't know about it beforehand and your train stops at that all red station, which looks sort of, well, hellish. "Uh.....I've made some wrong turns in my life but....."
