good idea, but poorly executed. highly compressed jpegs with tons of artifacts, should have made a PDF then you don't have to worry about print sizing.
Well hey dude, you sound very versed in creating graphics in a printer friendly format. Maybe you can throw that into a pdf and help out the shop and help inform people at the same time (which is what they were trying to do to begin with). Thanks in advance, that's very kind of you.
