Looking to trade or sell my drop bars made by ControlTech

They came on a bike I picked up but I am looking for a pair of bullhorns. 

They are fairly new, only one minor scratch on them, but nothing tape wouldn't cover up.

looking for $40 or really just to straight up trade for a pair of good conditioned bullhorn bars.
