Hi guys, I'm looking to buy my first road bike and am looking at used cycles.  Found a guy selling a 2002 Bianchi Brava, everything stock except he upgraded the crank to Ultegra triple.  Also said it looks great and has been "gently used".  He's asking $400 for it and won't dicker on price.  Anyone have any thoughts on whether that is a good price? Steal?  Highway robbery?  Thank you!
